Josephine T. Marabell of Harding Avenue died Tuesday, June 6, 2006 at her home. She was 90.
A native and lifelong Kingston resident, she was born on November 2, 1915, a daughter of the late Michael and Carmella Dazzo Rienzo.
For 74 years Mrs. Marabell worked as a beautician. She started at the Charles Beauty Salon in the 1930's. Josephine recently worked out of her home until last year.
She was a parishioner of St. Joseph's Church.
Her husband Charles Marabel died January 17, 1979. Three sisters Julia Lemister, Jennie Rienzo and Pasqualine Perry and two brothers Salvatore and Chris Rienzo all died previously.
Surviving are her daughter Carole Reyman and her husband Edward of Kingston; seven grandchildren Jaime Krueger, Mark, Timothy, Douglas, Jill, Daniel and Lindsey Reyman; two great granddaughters Zoe and Adam Krueger; many nieces and nephews.
Reposing at Simpson - Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave. on Friday from 5:00 - 8:00 PM. The funeral will be Saturday at 9:15 AM from the funeral home. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph's Church at 10:00 AM. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
