Josephine D. Graham of Ringtop Road, Kingston entered into eternal life on Saturday, April 23, 2005 at Benedictine Hospital.
She was born in Olive Bridge, a daughter of the late Louis J. and Amalia Tancredi Dutto. A Kingston High School graduate, class of '32, Josephine received a Bachelor of Arts degree at the College of New Rochelle, class of '36. In 1937 she attended the Traphagen School of Fashion in NYC.
On October 1, 1938 she married Harry D. Graham, Esq. They lived in New York City for many years before returning to Kingston.
She was a parishioner of St. Joseph's Church, Kingston.
Her husband Harry died September 18, 2002 and her brother Bartholemew J. Dutto, M.D. of Kingston died July 6, 2000.
Surviving are two sons Peter Case Graham, Esq. and his wife Catherine of Kingston, Stephen J. Graham, MD and his wife Theresa of Hailey, Idaho, one daughter Carole D. Graham of New York City, two grandchildren Mary A. and Elizabeth S. Graham of Kingston; a cousin Angela Goffredi of Chevy Chase, MD, a dear friend Mary Louise Marshall of Port Ewen. Many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends also survive.
Reposing at Simpson - Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave on Wednesday 4:00 - 8:00 PM. The funeral will be Thursday at 9:15 AM from the funeral home. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph's Church at 10:00 AM. Fr. Frank J. Damis will officiate. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
