Joseph Alexander Miraglia

Joseph Alexander Miraglia, a Born Again Christian of Bellport, Long Island passed away into the Lord's arms Friday, February 23, 2007 at Brookhaven Hospital, Brookhaven after a battle with cancer. He was 55. He was born in Patchogue on December 12, 1951 a son of Marie Amodeo Miraglia and the late Alexander Miraglia. After graduating from Patchogue High School he managed a Cadillac dealership for many years on Long Island. Surviving in addition to his mother of Kingston are his wife of 11 years, Kathleen Reed Miraglia, one son; Damon Miraglia and his wife Erin of Patchogue, three daughters; Jessalin Miraglia of Florida, Jillian Miraglia of Greenport and McKaela Miraglia of Bellport, one grandson; Jake Joseph Miraglia, and two sisters; Kim Marie Shaffer and of Port Charlotte, FL and Donna Jean Miraglia of Shokan. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 27, 2007 at Robertaccio Funeral Home, 85 Medford Avenue, Patchogue. Local arrangements under the direction of Simpson-Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave., Kingston, N.Y.
