Jordan DePace, 15, of Kingston, passed away suddenly Thursday, August 18, 2016. He was born December 18, 2000 in Kingston, to Joseph DePace Sr., and Angenette (McCollum) Mayo.
He attended Rondout Valley School District where he was a peer counselor and participated in the Rondout Valley Health Bee. He enjoyed playing video games, riding his bike, playing sports, telling jokes, dancing, and acting silly. He was musically inclined, creating his own music and beats on his IPad. He was a miracle child, very intelligent, caring, responsible, respectful, and loving, son, brother, and family member.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his siblings, Tatiana, Joseph Jr., Edward, Joshua, Amber, Jeanetta, and Tiara, his paternal grandmother, Shirley, his maternal grandfather, John Robert McCollum, his uncle, Rocco "Rocky", his step father, John Mayo Jr., as well as several other aunts, uncles, cousins, and a nephew.
Entrusted to the care of Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 326 Albany Ave., Kingston, where friends and family may visit on Friday August 26th from 10am to 11am with the service starting at 11am, Pastor Chris Williams, officiating. Burial will follow in Montrepose Cemetery, Kingston.
