John M. Walker

John M. "Buzzy" Walker, Jr., 60 a lifelong resident and business man of Kingston, died Friday, September 14, 2012 surrounded by his loving family at Albany Medical Center. Born in Kingston, he was a son of the late John M. & Doris Coles Walker, Sr. He is forever remembered by his wife Doris Ambrus Walker of Kingston, his five children; Naomi Barnikow, her husband David and their children Scotty, Shelby and Shanna of Massachusetts; Shannon Forgione and her husband Chris of Kingston; John R. Walker and his wife, Danielle and their children, Gianna, Angelina, Karina and Alana of Delhi; Sergeant Kristen Walker of Yonkers; Andrea Stoutenburg, her husband Brian and their children, Joey and Katie of Stamford, NY. Also survived by Jessica Cautela and her two sons, Izayah and Anthony, Michael Spiecker and his daughter, Laela, all of Kingston; his three sisters, Cheryl Scott and her husband Peter of Kingston; Debra Pape and her husband Dan of North Carolina and Stacy Smith of Kingston. Reposing at the Simpson-Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave. on Tuesday, September 18, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. A celebration of John's life, open to all, will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 AM at King's Fire Church, 865 Neighborhood Rd., Lake Katrine. Interment will follow in Montrepose Cemetery.
