John Lalli of Harrison St., Kingston died Saturday, July 24, 2010 at Kingston Hospital. He was 93.
He was born in New York City, the son of the late Vincenzo and Angelina Cianci Lalli.
Mr. Lalli served in the Army during WW II in both Italy and the Phillipines. A machinist, he was employed by the City of New York. He retired in 1976 following 24 years of service. He was a member of the Kingston American Legion, Post 150.
His wife, Victoria Masi Lalli died October 31, 1994.
He is survived by many dear friends.
Friends will be received at the Simpson-Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave., Kingston on Tuesday from 3 - 6 PM. The American Legion Post 150 will conduct ritual honors at 5:45 PM.
The funeral procession will form on Wednesday at the funeral home at 9:15 AM and process to St. Joseph's Church for a 10:00 AM funeral Mass. Entombment will follow in St. John's Cloister, Middle Village, NY.
