John Hoffmann

Hoffmann - At rest November 20, 2009, Hans "John" Hoffmann of Ulster Park, NY died on 20 November 2009 at his home after suffering from a stroke.
He was born in Neu Klosterdorf, Russia, 21 December 1920.
The son of Peter and Christina Weber Hoffmann of Alt Klosterdorf, Russia.

He married, on 30 July 1945, Klara Sitnichenko, of Belgorod, Russia.

Hans was employed by Gries Reproducers of New Rochelle. He was a Machinist for 28 years and retired in 1982.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Klara Sitnichenko Hoffmann along with
his 3 loving children: Robert John Hoffmann and wife Donna Dunbar Hoffmann of Bucksport, ME, Roswitha "Rita" Ann Hoffmann of Ulster Park, NY, Rudolph John Hoffmann and wife Maureen Carey Hoffmann of Riverside, CA.
He leaves behind 5 dear grandchildren: Frank Randolph Hoffmann and wife Deanna Thurston Hoffmann of Cleveland, TN, Heidi Hoffmann Coghill of Bucksport, ME; Christine Elizabeth Hoffmann, Jennifer Lynn Hoffmann, and Timothy Michael Hoffmann all of Riverside, CA.
He also leaves behind 3 great-grandchildren: Laura Merikay Hoffmann of Baton Rouge, LA, Vanessa May Hoffmann of Cleveland, TN, and Jacob Robert Coghill of Bucksport, ME.

Visiting Hours will be at the Keyser Funeral Home in Port Ewen on Monday, November 24rd from 1:00 pm to 3:00pm and 6:00pm to 8:00pm.

The Funeral Services will be at the Sacred Heart Church in Ulster Park, on Tuesday, November 24th at 11:00 a.m. with Father Eugene Grohe officiating.
