Jerry Darnell Brown, Jr. of Vincent St., Town of Ulster died Friday, April 9, 2010 at Doctor's Hospital, Sarasota, FL. He was 38. He was born in Poughkeepsie a son of Jerry Brown Sr. and Phyllis Williams. He married Tammy Rao on February 1, 1997. For many years Jerry worked as a mechanic's assistant at Trailways, Kingston. Surviving in addition to his wife of 13 years and parents of Poughkeepsie, are two daughters Christina Rao and Ashley Brown, both at home; two brothers Eric Brown of Sarasota, FL, and Brian Brown of Poughkeepsie, one sister Jennifer Brown of Sarasota, FL; two grandchildren Suryana and Skyler Rao, two nieces and one nephew. Reposing at the Simpson - Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave., Kingston on Thursday from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. At 5:00 p.m. Pastor Harold Jolley will conduct a Funeral Service at the funeral home. Cremation will be in Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery.
