Jeffrey P. Hamsher

Jeffrey P. Hamsher, 56, of Hurley, NY, died Monday, May 30, 2011 at The Kingston Hospital after a brief illness. He was born April 11, 1955 to the late Richard Hamsher and Jean (Robson) Hamsher.

He was married to Mary (Peterson) Hamsher, they wed on November 11, 1978. Mary passed away on May 19th 2010.

Jeffrey was a Kingston High School Graduate and then went on to receive an Associates Degree in Sales and Marketing from SUNY at Delhi.

He later served his country in the United States Marine Corps.

Jeffrey held jobs in the carpet industry and his last job was as sales manager for Auto Credit in Kingston.

He enjoyed detailing cars and loved animals.

Jeffrey is survived by his uncle John Robson of Dover Plains, NY, as well as several cousins in upstate New York.

In addition to his wife and parents he was predeceased by his brother Jay Hamsher.

Services will be private at the discretion of the family.
