Janet T. Oeding

Saugerties - Janet T. Oeding of Ebel Court died Thursday, September 28, 2017 at HealthAlliance Hospital Broadway Campus. She was 86. She was born in Kingston, a daughter of the late Carl and Blanche Abbott Yetzer. For many years, she was employed in the assembly department of Rotron. Janet enjoyed bird watching and TV murder mysteries. Her husbands, George Fowler, David Palmer and William Oeding died previously. Surviving are three sons, Carl Palmer of Myrtle Beach, SC; Eric (Nicola) Palmer of Saugerties and Douglas Palmer of Stamford, CT and one brother, Roger Yetzer of Glenerie. Two grandchildren, Ciarra Palmer and Hailey Palmer and several nieces and nephews also survive. Two brothers, Richard and Robert Yetzer and her twin sister, Jean Heitzler died previously. Entrusted to the care of Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 326 Albany Ave., Kingston where friends will be received on Monday from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at which time a funeral service will be conducted.
