James ''Moon'' T. Bryant, Sr., 67, of Hasbrouck Ave, Kingston, died Tuesday, August 2, 2011 at Benedictine Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer.
Mr. Bryant had been a butcher, having worked for Janowski's Butcher's of Rockville Center, LI . He was well liked and loved by all that knew him, he enjoyed singing and music, especially singing in old time groups.
He was born December 15, 1943 in Fort Pierce, FL, he leaves to cherish his memory his wife Carla F. Bryant, Sr., daughter Carla F. Bryant, Jr., sons James T. Bryant, Jr. and Charles C. Bryant, brothers Charles Franklin and Allan Franklin, a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. He was predeceased by his mother Blanche Franklin and his grandmother Lela Davis,
Entrusted to the care of the Keyser Funeral Service, Inc., 326 Albany Avenue, Kingston, Friends may call on Thursday from 2 - 4. The Homegoing Service will be held at 4:00 pm. Pastor James C. Douglas, Jr. officiating.
