James Lee London

James Lee London of Henry St. died Thursday, May 13 2010 at Albany Medical Center. He was 82. He was born in Morgan, GA a son of the late Willie J. and Alice Brown London. Mr. London was a self-employed upholsterer. He was a member of the New Jerusalem Church. Surviving is his wife, Kate London of Kingston, a daughter, Annie London of Fairfield, CA; four sons, Willie, Elijah and Eddie all of Kingston, Elisha London of Charlotte, NC; four step-sons, Bobby, Wayne James and Frankie Parker and a step-daughter, Dorothy Parker all of Kingston. One brother and one sister also survive. Many grandchildren and many great-grandchildren also survive. One brother died previously. Reposing at the Simpson-Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave., Kingston on Monday from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, 12:00 PM at the funeral home. Cremation will be private.
