James “Jim” Edward Anner Jr. went to be with our Lord unexpectedly early in the morning of April 13, 2024. He was born on March 30, 1949, to James and Bernice Anner in Kingston, New York.
In 1964, Jim, along with his mother and brother, moved to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, where he became known for his naturally sweet and kind soul, his heart of gold, and his infectious laugh. He touched many lives with his warmth and generosity.
Jim is survived by his partner, Patrick Kittoe, and his younger brother and sister-in-law, Michael and Nancy Anner. He also leaves behind three cherished nieces and their husbands: Kristen and Tom Dudczak, Amanda and Edward Pimenta, and Makayla Frizzell. His memory will be kept alive by his great-nephews, Caden and Caleb Dudczak.
Jim’s extended family includes Howard and Gloria Hotaling of Florida, Howie and Lynn Hotaling, Steve Hotaling, Colleen Newc-Dunham, Kevin Hotaling, Pamela Dobbs, Darlene and Joe Sulko, Judy and Rudy LaBounty, Lori and Bill Graham and Janice Hotaling who reside in the Central Florida, Kingston, Hurley and Rosendale New York, areas. Jim will be dearly missed by all who knew him. His kindness, laughter, and loving nature will remain in our hearts forever.
