James D. Neville, Sr.

James D. Neville Sr., 82, of Cairo, NY, passed away on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at his home in Cairo, NY. He is the son of the late Joseph and Anne Neville, born on October 1, 1938 in New York, NY and raised in Brooklyn, NY.

James was an avid fisherman, devout Catholic, volunteered at the homeless shelter for many years, served in the National Guard and played a wicked hand of gin rummy. James worked for many years as a bond broker on Wall Street.

He is survived by his children, Denise Haley and James D. Neville, Jr., sister Mary Neville, grandchildren, great grandchild, nieces and nephews. James is preceded in death by his loving wife Madeline H. Neville.
