Jacquelin K. Graney

Jacquelin (Keller) Graney, 86, of Ulster Park, NY, passed away on All Saints Day, Sunday, November 1, 2015 after a short illness. She was born December 27, 1928 in Kingston, to the late Anne (Shortell) Keller and John Keller. She was married to Robert F. Graney, Sr. Robert passed away in 1993.


Jackie was a Kingston High School graduate. She was a parishioner of Presentation R.C. Church in Port Ewen. She retired after working for many years as a Telephone Operator for Ulster County Information Services in Kingston.


She was passionate about gardening, loved feeding the birds, and was an awesome cook. Jackie was a generous woman who loved her family and lifelong friends. She enjoyed sharing her adventures camping and traveling for many years with her husband, children, and friends. She was an avid reader always up on current events.


She is survived by her children, Peggy Brueckner and her husband Richard of West Shokan, Bob Graney Jr. and his wife Cindy of Ulster Park, her grandsons, Bobby Graney III of Port Ewen, Charlie Graney and his wife Carly of Kingston, as well as five nephews. She is predeceased by her sister Mary Jean La Torre and her aunt, Jane Henze.


Entrusted to the care of Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 216 Broadway, Port Ewen, where friends and family may visit on Wednesday November 4th from 3 to 7pm with a memory service at 6pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday at Presentation RC Church, Port Ewen at 11am. Burial will follow in Riverview Cemetery, Port Ewen.
