Isidore Weinstein, of Kingston New York and Boynton Beach Florida, died peacefully Sunday, December 16, 2012 at the age of 93 near his son's home in Annapolis Maryland. Mr. Weinstein, a long-term resident of Kingston was born in Brooklyn New York on February 28, 1919. Mr. Weinstein served in the Infantry and the Army Air Corp. during the second World War. In 1954, he married Ida Nearon and joined his father-in-law in running the Kingston China & Bar Supply Company of which he became the sole proprietor and President and which he ran with his wife, who predeceased him in 2010, until he retired in 1986. Following his retirement, he divided his time between Kingston and Boynton Beach Florida. He is survived by his two sons, Dr. Ira M. Weinstein of Annapolis Maryland and Herschel S. Weinstein of Haverstraw New York, as well as seven grandchildren: Nathan, Adam, Isabelle, Celeste, Leah, Max and Jake Weinstein.
A funeral service will take place at the Simpson-Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave. on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at 12:00 noon. Interment will follow in Montrepose Cemetery. Rabbi AB Itkin of Congregation Agudas Achim will officiate.
