A memorial service will conducted on Thursday evening at 7:30 PM at the home of Randy and Jane Myerson. ---------------------------------------------------- Irving Myerson of Metuchen, NJ died Tuesday, June 17, 2008 at JFK Memorial Hospital, Edison, NJ. He was 89. Mr. Myerson was born in New York City on October 2, 1918. He attended Brooklyn Polytechnic Institute and was employed at the Mearl Corporation for 45 years as a chemist. His wife, Flora, died on December 18, 1978. He is survived by two sons, Mark Myerson and his wife Ellen, of Naugatuck, CT and Dr. Randolph Myerson and his wife Jane of Hurley, NY, six grandchildren Ilana Sims, Ethan Myerson, Jeremy Myerson, Benjamin Myerson, June Myerson and Allyn Myerson, four great-grandchildren Katie, Ellie, Jonah and Daniel, many nieces and nephews. One sister Gertrude Macrini died previously. Mr. Myerson was a member of Congregation Neve Shalom, Metuchen, NJ. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, 1:00 PM at Congregation Neve Shalom. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Crabiel Funeral Home. Interment will be at Beth Israel Memorial Park, Woodbridge, NJ. Memorial contributions may be made to the Jewish Federation of Ulster County, 159 Green St., Kingston, NY 12401. www.ucjf.org
