Irene "Hollywood" Singaris

Irene Singaris, 89, of Woodstock, died Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at her home. Born in Wheeling, West Virginia she was a daughter of the late Nicholas and Antonia Kellas Singaris. Nicknamed Hollywood, Irene loved to meet and greet everyone and enjoyed spending time with her peers at her home. She worked in the Day Program at CRC in Lake Katrine and enjoyed Bingo, Arts & Crafts, as well as baking. Irene was a happy-go-lucky woman who will be missed by her friends and Maranatha family. Irene will be reposing at the Simpson-Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A Funeral Service will be conducted at 12:00 PM at the funeral home with Fr. Michael Kouremetis officiating. Burial will follow at Montrepose Cemetery in Kingston.
