Inge Kroenke of Traver Hollow Road, Boiceville died Friday, February 11, 2011 in New Port Richey, FL. She died of Lung disease. She was 77.
Inge was born on March 8, 1933 in Bremen, Germany, a daughter of the late Karl and Alwine Ohlrogge Wollens.
She was married to the late Klaus H. Kroenke.
Inge and her late husband Klaus ( Henry) Kroenke owned the Deli-Dairy in Shokan NY from 1976-1987
She was a member of the Platdetsche Volksfest Vereen of Franklin Square, LI, Member of the Town of Olive Senior Citizens, The German/American and Polish/American Clubs in FL.
She enjoyed the game of dominos, rummikub, doing puzzles, needle work, yard work and most of all, she loved spending time with her granddaughter, Marissa and Friends.
Surviving is her daughter, Deborah Downes and her husband Donald of Boiceville. A granddaughter, Marissa Downes, a brother, Hermann Wollens and a sister Heide Schulken both of Bremen, Germany. Several nieces and nephews also survive in Germany.
Friends will be received at the Simpson-Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave., Kingston on Tuesday, March 1st from 6:00-9:00pm. A memorial service will be on Wednesday March 2nd from 11:00-12:00 at the funeral home. Inurnment will follow in Wiltwyck Community Mausoleum, Kingston.
