Ida May Ringe

Ida May Ringe, 97, formerly of Kingston, passed away on July 13, 2016. She was born January 18, 1919 in Kingston, the daughter of the late Frank and May Breen Peller, Sr. She was the wife of the late John R Ringe, who passed away on March 30, 1992. She was predeceased by her two brothers and their wives, Frank and his wife Ruth and Edward and his wife Evelyn.


Mrs. Ringe had been employed by SUNY New Paltz, in the maintenance department for many years. She was a member of the Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church in Kingston. Ida is survived by her nieces Kathryn Fries and Virginia Hassler and her nephews Richard Peller and Bruce Peller.


Arrangements entrusted to the care of Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 326 Albany Avenue, Kingston, where friends and family may visit on Monday July 18, from 10am to 11am with the funeral service starting at 11am. Burial will follow in Montrepose Cemetery, Kingston.
