Helen L. Lent, 79, of Kingston, NY, passed away Sunday, December 13, 2020 at home in Kingston, NY. She was born on February 1, 1941, daughter of the late Judson and Fannie (Keator) Bunten. She was married to her husband of 56 years, Frank H. Lent. Frank passed away December 25, 2016.

Helen worked as a Home Health Aide for Tri City in Kingston for many years. She was a member of the Fountain of Life Christian Church in Lake Katrine. She enjoyed planting and tending to her flowers. She enjoyed animals and was very generous, always thinking about what she could do for others. Above all she was a people person and loved spending time with her friends and loved one

She is survived by her daughter, Christin Shaw and her spouse Markland of Port Ewen, her sister, Eldora of Maine, as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents she is predeceased by her sister, Olive Conover.
