Helen Garcia, 94, of Kingston, died Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at HealthAlliance Hospital Broadway Campus.
Born in Puerto Rico, she was a daughter of the late Alphonso & Otilia Lozada Rodriguez.
Helen is survived by her son, Lucas Perez of Kingston, three grandchildren, Sylvan, Shahzadi and Odessa, two great grandchildren, Rhiannon and Tom. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
In addition to her parents, Helen was predeceased by a son, Raphael Perez and three siblings, Cima, Carmen and Manual.
Funeral Service and Interment will be privately held.
