Grace Tsitsera

Grace ''Gracie'' Tsitsera, 90, of Ulster Park, passed away Saturday, July 11, 2015 at Mountain View Nursing Home in New Paltz. She was born July 31, 1924 in Chicago, IL.

She was married to her husband of 55 years, Milton Tsitsera. Milton passed away in 2000.

Grace and her family owned and operated 3 Brothers Egg Farm in Ulster Park for many years until her retirement. She later worked at Ulster County BOCES in Port Ewen.

Grace was a member and past president of the American Legion Post #1298 Ladies Auxiliary. She was an avid bowler and bowled in many leagues. She always enjoyed gardening, crafts, and above all spending time with her family.

She is survived by her children, George (Nancy) Tsitsera, Rosalie Kircher, her grandchildren, Christopher (Trisha Edwards) Tsitsera, Karin (James, Jr.) Baker, Juli (Thomas) Mitchell, David Zambito, Alex Kircher, Caroline Preuss, Zack Kircher, her great grandchildren, Jade Mitchell, Brianna Tsitsera, Jimmy Baker III, Skylee Baker, Hayden Mitchell, John Lincoln Zambito, Elizabeth Mackey, Eric Kircher, Gracie Preuss, and Shane Preuss, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is predeceased by many siblings and family members.

Entrusted to the care of the Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 216 Broadway, Port Ewen, where friends and family may visit on Monday July 13th from 4 to 8pm. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 10am at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Montrepose Cemetery, Kingston.
