Gladys L. Gamache

Gladys L Gamache, 85, of Livingston, NY, died, Friday, January 30, 2015 at HealthAlliance Hospital Broadway Campus. Born in Hudson, New York, she was the daughter of the late Martin and Sarah Hoag Williams. Gladys worked at the Universal Match Factory and the Pocketbook Factory, both located in Hudson, NY. Gladys enjoyed reading, word seek puzzles, knitting and her cat, "Hot Shot", her loyal companion for 25 years. Gladys is survived by her sons, Aaron B. Childers, and Water Talarico Jr., her daughters, Sophie Talarico and Betty Stoddard, two sisters, Rose Storms and her husband Claude, and Edith Alessi, a brother, Earl Williams and his wife Pat, a cousin Arlene Mitchell and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Gladys was predeceased by her son Terry Talarico, her sister, Doris Lasher, and her brother, Martin (Bud) Williams Jr. A memorial mass will be celebrated on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 12:30 PM at St. Joseph's Church. Interment will be privately held. The family requests that memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718
