Gerda Blohm

Gerda Blohm, 90, of Rhinebeck, NY, died Saturday, July 24, 2010 at the Baptist Home of Rhinebeck. She was born November 1, 1919 in Queens, NY to the late William and Alma Paulsen.

She was married to Henry Blohm who passed away in 2001.

Gerda was a Technical Librarian and Translator for Bell Laboratories in Murray Hill, NJ for many years until her retirement.

She was a superb singer and painter.

Gerda is survived by her son Erich Blohm and his daughter Addie Kai Lin of Rhinebeck, a granddaughter Kimberly Fleming and her daughter Emma Carol of Queens, as well as a sister Mitilda "Mitzi" Keuhl of California.

In addition to her husband and parents she is predeceased by her daughter Carol Bonsey.
