Geraldine Cardona

Geraldine "Gerry" M. Cardona, 71, of Port Ewen, NY, passed away on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 after battling cancer in the comfort of her own home, surrounded by family. She will always be remembered as a wonderful daughter, sister, and aunt. Gerry was a devoted parishioner of Presentation RC Church in Port Ewen and was involved in the Sons of Italy.

Geraldine is predeceased by her grandmother, Josephine Carti, her mother, Jenny Cardona, her aunt, Angelina Latona, her sister, Rosalie Kelly, along with a nephew and a grandnephew. She is survived by her siblings, AnnMarie Naugle of Greenacres, FL and JoAnn Gordon of Boca Raton, FL, her brother in law, Robert F. Kelly of Gardiner, NY, her beloved dog, Janie, along with many nieces, nephews, and grand nieces and nephews.

Entrusted to the care of Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 216 Broadway, Port Ewen, NY, where friends and family may visit on Friday May 12 from 4pm to 7pm. The funeral procession will form on Saturday at 10am and proceed to Presentation RC Church, Port Ewen, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11am. Entombment will follow in Wiltwyck Cemetery Mausoleum, Kingston. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to cancer research.
