Geraldine A. Hinkley

Geraldine Cross Hinkley, formerly of Kingston died Saturday, July 3, 2004 at Eden Park Nursing Home, Catskill. She was 84. She was born in Kerhonkson on April 8, 1920 a daughter of the late Clarence and Alta Christiana Cross Singer. A longtime Kingston resident, Mrs. Hinkley moved to Catskill in 2001. Her husband Howard P. Hinkley died July 17, 1994. One sister Thelma LaGrange died previously. Surviving are one daughter Joan Setera of Glenerie; one son Howard W. Hinkley of Kingston; one brother in law Art LaGrange of Lake Katrine; a dear friend Elsie Leininger of Lake Katrine; 2 grandchildren, 5 step grandchildren, and 13 step great grandchildren. Reposing at Simpson - Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Avenue on Tuesday 7:00 - 9:00 PM. On Wednesday, family and friends will gather at the funeral home at 11:30 AM. A funeral service will be conducted at 12:00 PM. Interment will follow at Fair View Cemetery. Contributions in Geraldine's memory may be made to the CRC Foundation, PO Box 1488, Kingston, NY 12401.
