Frances E. Wilber

Frances E. Wilber, 90, of Kingston, passed peacefully Tuesday afternoon, August 2, 2016 at Northern Dutchess Hospital, Rhinebeck. Frances was born May 29, 1926 in Stone Ridge, the daughter of the late Abram and Edna (Boice) Wilber.


She had been employed by a few area home health agencies until her retirement. She had a passion for singing and had sung in the Fair Street Reformed and Old Dutch Church Choirs. She also enjoyed reading and writing poetry. Later in life she attended the Grace Bible Fellowship Church, Rhinebeck.


She is survived by several nieces and nephews.


Entrusted to the care of the A. Carr & Son Funeral Home, 65 Lucas Ave, Kingston, where friends may call on Saturday from 11 - 1 pm. The funeral service will be held on Saturday at 1:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial to follow in Wiltwyck Cemetery.
