Evelyn E. Izdebski

Evelyn E. Izdebski, of Kingston, died Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at Kingston Hospital. She was born in New Bedford, MA, a daughter of the late Ignacy and Mary Biernacki Malita. In 1944 she married Walter P. Izdebski. They moved to So. Weymouth, MA in 1945 and Evelyn worked at South Shore Hospital and for Stetson Shoe Co. In 1984 they moved to Hurley. Her husband, Walter P., died June 28, 1988. Evelyn then moved to W. Chester St., Kingston. Beloved wife of the late Walter P. Izdebski; loving mother of Pauline Mancuso and her husband Peter of Kingston; grandmother of Anthony Mancuso and his wife Pattie; sister of the late Casimir Malita. Nieces and nephews also survive. Reposing at the Simpson - Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave. on Sunday from 3 PM - 6 PM. The funeral procession will form on Monday at 9:15 AM at the funeral home. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary's Church at 10 AM. Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery.
