Ethel J. Eichin

Ethel J. Eichin, 82, of Rhinebeck, who died Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at ArchCare at Ferncliff Nursing Home in Rhinebeck. Born in Brooklyn, she was a daughter of the late Edward and Margaret Gabbett Baltz. She is survived by a nephew-in-law, David Kaiser of Rochester, NY, a friend, Marianne Wrolsen, her caregiver, Rose Mezzacappa, and her cousins, Marilyn Skeith and Alice Finn. Ethel was predeceased by her husband, William Eichen, her Life Companion, George Bell, and three sisters, Joan Snyder, Margaret Heuer, and Margaret Baltz. Ethel will be reposing at the Simpson-Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave, on Friday, October 9, 2015 from 11:00am to 12:00 pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday at the funeral home at 12:00 pm, with Rev. Rick De La Pena from St. Joseph Church, officiating. Interment will follow in Mountain View Cemetery in Saugerties.
