Esther J. Williams

Esther J. Williams, 80, of Union Center Road, Ulster Park, NY, died Sunday, June 15, 2008 at Kingston Hospital, Kingston, NY. She was born December 17, 1927 in Kingston, NY to the late Walter and Jennie (Britton) Rathgeber. She was married to Robert Williams He died on December 29, 1980.

She had worked at the Box Factory, the Kingston Knitting Mills and 3 Brothers Egg Farm. She had been an avid bowler, like to crochet and do needle point.

She is survived by Daughter, Jane A. Sickler and her husband Robert F. Sickler of Ulster Park, NY; Sisters, Beverly Perry, Kingston, NY; Barbara Newell, Hudson, FL; Granddaughters, Shelbie M. Sickler and Ivy J. Sickler, several nieces and nephews; Predeceased by her step son, John F. Williams, sisters, Vera A. Struble and Ruth Wheat and a brother Andrew Rathgeber.

Entrusted to the care of the Keyser Funeral Service, Inc., 216 Broadway, Port Ewen, where services will be held on Thursday at 10:00 am Services will be led by Father Peter Vianney.

Burial in Montrepose Cemetery, Kingston.

Friends may call on Wednesday, June 18 from 6 - 9 pm.
