Elinor Burberg

Elinor "Ellie" Burberg, 84, of Kingston, died Sunday, June 17, 2012 at Golden Hill Health Care Center. She was born February 4, 1928 in Jamestown, NY, the daughter of the late Charles and Clara Burberg.

Elinor had been employed by IBM of Kingston, for 32 years, retiring in 1987. She was a member of Evangelical Lutheran Church of The Redeemer and was an avid bowler in the Kingston Women's Bowling Association,

Elinor is survived by her dear friend, Carol A. Bahr of Kingston, two nephews and a great niece, she was predeceased by her sister Grace Ede.

Entrusted to the care of Eric Keyser, Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 326 Albany Avenue, Kingston. Friends may call on Thursday from 4 - 7 pm. The service will be Friday at 10:00 am at Evangelical Lutheran Church of The Redeemer, 104 Wurts Street, Kingston. Burial in Fairview Cemetery.
