Kingston - Elaine A. Frangis, 77, of Hillside Terrace, Kingston, died Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at HealthAlliance Hosp. Broadway Campus, Kingston, NY. She was born November 2, 1935 in Manchester, NH to the late Charles and Paraskeve Saitas Aliapoulios. A housewife and devoted mother and grandmother, she was married to William G. Frangis. Also surviving are her children William Frangis and his wife Cathy of Kingston; Thomas Frangis of Mahwah, NJ; Nancy Frangis and her husband Archer Rosenblum of Millington, NJ and Cindy Frangis of Kingston; two brothers Paul Alison of Annandale, VA and Alexander Aliapoulios of Florida. Also surviving are her loving grandchildren Kaitlyn and Nick Frangis; Luke and Gabriel Frangis; David and Alyssa Rosenblum and Kristen and Jessica Caprotti. Friends will be received at the Keyser Funeral and Cremation Service, 326 Albany Ave., Kingston on Sunday from 3 - 7 PM. Funeral services will be Monday, 10:00 AM at the funeral home, the Rev.
