Eileen Helm

Eileen Helm, age 72, of Idaho Street, Connelly died Friday, January 4, 2008 at Benedictine Hospital, Kingston. Mrs. Helm was born May 27, 1935 at Brooklyn, NY the daughter of the late William and the late Julia (Steele) Fuller. She married Dennis Helm on December 8, 1971

She had been a dental assistant until her retirement, with her husband they moved to this area in May of 1993. Former member of the Town of Esopus Republican Committee, she was an avid bowler, for the last 5 years her greatest joy in life was being the caregiver for her youngest granddaughter Julia Caitlin Helm,

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Carol Ford of Lindenhurst, LI, Susan Strasser of Kiamisha Lake, NY, George Strasser of Ridgewood, NY, Steven Helm of Hurley, NY

Her sisters Louise LaMonica of Fredrick, MD, Jean Proto of McKinney, TX. Predeceased by her brother, William Fuller

Calling hours will be Sunday from 7 - 9 and Monday from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9. The funeral will be Tuesday at 10:00 at Old Dutch Reformed Church, 272 Wall St., Kingston with Rev. Stephan Sickler officiating. The procession will form at 9:15 at the Keysers. Burial will be in Montrepose Cemetery, Kingston.
