Eileen Anne Egan

Eileen Anne Egan, 70, of Port Ewen and formerly of Beacon, died Saturday, November 24, 2012 at Benedictine Hospital, Kingston. She was born July 21, 1942 in Queens a daughter of the late Charles and Hannah Farrell Zimmerman. Mrs. Egan had been employed at Irving Trust Co., Career Casuals and Country Gallery and volunteered at St. Joachim's Parish in Beacon. She was married to the late John P. Egan who passed away on May 31, 2009. Surviving is her daughter, Eileen Albertson and her husband Scot of Kingston; her son John Egan and his wife Kathy of Lancaster, CA; her sister Rita Egan of Smithtown, NY. Also surviving are her grandson, Brandon Albertson and her granddaughter Samantha Albertson and many nieces and one nephew. Entrusted to the care of Paul Geary of the Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, Inc., 216 Broadway, Port Ewen. Friends may call on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7- 9 PM at the funeral home. A funeral procession will form at the funeral home on Thursday at 9:00 AM and process to St. Mary's Church for funeral Mass at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow in Riverview Cemetery in Port Ewen.
