Dorothy A Ward

Kingston - Dorothy A. Ward of Kingston died Friday, November 28, 2014 at HealthAlliance Hospital Broadway Campus. She was born in Kingston, a daughter of the late Luigi and Emma Naccarato Mautone. For many years, she was employed as a clerk in the City of Kingston's planning department. She enjoyed trips to casinos and going to shows. Her husband, Robert E. Ward died December 21, 1990. Surviving are three daughters, Linda Callahan of Hurley, Lori Catucci of Poughkeepsie, Nancy Ward of Kingston; two sisters, Josephine Barone of Pougkeepsie and Betty Murphy of Clifton Park. A grandson, Michael Callahan and a step-granddaughter Alicia Catucci and several nieces and nephew also survive. A brother, Gabriel Mautone, and three sisters, Rose Mautone, Angeline Ayres and Evelyn Ward died previously. She was also predeceased by her beloved dog, Jake. Entrusted to the care of Paul Geary of A. Carr and Son Funeral Home, 65 Lucas Ave., Kingston where friends will be received on Tuesday from 2- 4 & 6 - 8 PM.
