Donna Loux-Lucas

Donna Loux-Lucas, 63, of Highland, died Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at the Northeast Center for Rehabilitation and Brain Injury. Born in Gloversville, she was a daughter of the late Donald & Lucy Van Buren Loux. Donna was a paralegal who worked for various law offices throughout the Hudson Valley. As a recovering alcoholic, she helped many women in the rooms of Alcoholics Anonymous. She loved all animals, especially her three cats, Max, Poopy and Cooder. Donna is survived by her fianc, Clint Lucas of Highland and her sister, Nancy Reccio and her husband Tom of Gloversville. Services and interment for Donna will be privately held. Simpson-Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave is honored to assist the family with Donna's arrangements. The family requests that memorial donations be made to the Ulster County SPCA, 20 Wiedy Rd, Kingston, NY 12401.
