Donald G. Feistamel, 79, of Saugerties, died at home surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, April 22, 2021.
Born in Chicago, IL, he was the son of the late George & Anne Bradley Feistamel.
Don is survived by his wife of 51 years, Theresa Jane Feistamel of Saugerties, four brothers, Dale Feistamel and his wife, Linda of Georgia, Douglas Feistamel and his wife Paula of Illinois, Dean Feistamel and his wife, Lori of Texas, Daniel Feistamel and his wife, Sandee of Ohio, a brother-in-law, Cosmo Sasso and his wife, Martha of Port Ewen. Many nieces and nephews also survive.
In addition to his parents, Don was predeceased by a brother, David Feistamel.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, May 8, 2021 at 11:00 AM at St. Catherine Laboure Church.
Interment will be held privately.
Donations can be made in memory of Donald Feistamel to St. Jude's Hospital, 501 St. Jude's Place, Memphis, Tn. 38105.
