Dolores London, 90, Alpharetta, GA, formerly of Kingston, died March 12, 2015 at Northside Hospital-Forsyth in Cummings, GA.
Born in New York City, she was a daughter of the late Samuel & Gertrude Berman Zeilengold. Dolores was a past president of Temple Emanuel Sisterhood and the Hadassah of Kingston. She enjoyed the New York Times crossword puzzles, golfing, reading, gardening, art history and architecture.
Dolores is survived by two children, Susan Killip and her husband Graham of Alpharetta, GA and Elizabeth J. London of Alpharetta, GA, a sister, Shirley Greene of Valley Stream, NY, two grandchildren, Robert Killip and his wife Avi, Matthew Killip and his fianc, Katelynn, and one great grandson, Judah Killip. Dolores will also be remembered by her many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In addition to her parents, Dolores was predeceased by her husband Arthur London, a daughter Judy London, and two sisters, Horty Schmierer and Arline Strumeyer.
A Funeral Service will be held at the Simpson-Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave, on Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at 12:00 noon, with Rabbi Avi Killip officiating.
Interment will follow in Montrepose Cemetery.
