Do Won Chung

Do Won Chung, 77, of Kingston, NY, passed away Thursday, August 25, 2016. He was born March 16, 1939 in Seoul, South Korea to the late Il Suh Chung and Doo Young Chung.


He was married to his wife of 46 years, Soon Ran Chung. Together they owned and operated Crown Shoe Repair on Washington Avenue in Kingston for many years. Soon Ran still operates the business today.


In addition to his wife he is survived by his daughter, Sharon Chung, as well as several brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews.


Entrusted to the care of A. Carr & Son Funeral Home, 65 Lucas Avenue, Kingston, where friends and family may visit on Saturday August 27th from 4pm to 7pm with the funeral service starting at 7pm.
