Diann Montgomery

Diann Montgomery, 65, of Kingston, NY, passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2025 at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY. She was born on September 30, 1959 in Bartow, FL, daughter of the late Leroy Harris and Mattie Lou Bowens. 

Diann was a Chef at Golden Hill Nursing Home in Kingston, NY, for many years. 

She enjoyed cooking for her family, spoiling her grandchildren, playing spades and taking walks all over Kingston. Diann loved staying active.

She is survived by her children, Telisa King, James King (Christine), Demetrius Demonia, Sr., Contessa Demonia and bonus child Terrance Harris (Samantha). Her siblings, Rose Mary Hawdel, Julie Thomas and Jimmy Montgomery. Her grandchildren, Treqwan Kirby, Madison Arnold, Mathias Arnold, Jhaton King (Bethanie), Jordan King, Angelina King, Dezha King, Anastasia King, Eric King, Samara King, Demetrius Demonia, Jr., and bonus grandchildren Julian Harris, Christopher “Blaze” Harris, Remiel “Remi” Harris and Clever McQueen. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren Logan King and Bailey King.

In addition to her parents, Diann is preceded in death by her siblings, Jeanette Williams, Annie Ruth Gammage, Friend McCaster, Mae Ella Montgomery, Ella Mae Montgomery, Flossie Mae Grant, Douglas Montgomery, Frank James Montgomery, Porter B. Montgomery, Jr., Willie Joe Montgomery, Don Montgomery, Randy Montgomery, Sr., and Billy Montgomery. 

Arrangements entrusted to Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 326 Albany Avenue, Kingston, NY 12401, where family and friends may visit on Friday, February 28, 2025 from 10am to 11am with the funeral service taking place at 11am.
