David E. Christiana

David E. ''Bullet'' Christiana, 74, of Ulster Park, passed away Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at Kingston Hospital. He was born September 22, 1938 in Amsterdam, NY to the late Rev. Harry and Florence Christiana.




He was married to Kathleen Christiana. They wed on November 4th 1995. Dave was a graduate of Kingston High School, Class of 1956. He worked as a Quality Control Source Inspector for ASML in Danbury, CT. Dave was an avid boater and loved the Thousand Islands, fast cars, fast boats, dancing and rock n' roll.





In addition to his wife he is survived by his children, Claudia Christiana-Kalmer of TN, Lori Christiana of Kingston, Mark Christiana of NC, Patty Christiana of Olive Bridge, D.J. Christiana, and his step-children, Mary Collins of Cairo, Caroline Randel of Elizaville, Amanda Randel of Hurley, Thomas G. Randel Jr. of Kingston, as well as 14 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.




Entrusted to the care of Luke Keyser of Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 216 Broadway, Port Ewen. A worship service will take place at 12pm on Saturday at Banner of Love Church in Port Ewen with a reception following. All are welcome. Calling hours will be on Saturday evening from 6pm to 8pm at the funeral home. The funeral procession will form at 1pm on Sunday at the funeral home and then proceed to Fairview Cemetery in Stone Ridge.




The family suggests in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be made to Banner of Love Church, 100 Broadway, Port Ewen, NY 12466
