David Burlew of Wrentham St., Kingston died Thursday, November 17, 2005. He was 47.
Born in Syracuse on February 22, 1958, he was a son of Ned and Doris Burlew.
David, raised in Kingston, was an avid hunter and fisherman. He belonged to the North American Fishing Club and was a NASCAR fan.
He married Susan Grosner on May 28, 1995.
A glazier by trade, David worked for several years at Sicklers Glass and then at Kingston Glassworks.
Surviving in addition to his parents and his wife are four children Sarah Burlew at home, Erica and Ryan Burlew of Glens Falls, and Jeremiah Burlew of Round Lake; five sisters Valerie Sperl of Saugerties, Nadine Felter of Glasco, Lori Ragosino of Lake Katrine, Lucille Calabro of Saugerties and Grace Jones of South Carolina; two grandchildren Rebecca Clark and Joshua Burlew; nieces Amanda Ragosino, Lisa Snow and her daughter Meghan Snow.
There will be a gathering of family and friends on Sunday, November 27th from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM at Simpson - Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave.
