Clarence Lee Sommerville, II

Clarence Lee ''Ville'' Sommerville, II, of Vincent Lane, Stone Ridge, died Saturday October 31, 2009 at his residence. He was born May 20, 1955 in Bronx, NY to the late Clarence Lee and Carrie Bell (Simms) Sommerville. He was the husband of Rachel May Sommerville, they were wed on November 10, 1979.

He was a graduate of Mt. Vernon High School, class of 1973, and then Westchester Community College, class of 1975 and a graduate of Morgan State University, Baltimore, MD class of 1977; he received his Bachelors of Science in business administration.


Mr. Sommerville was an account manager for Sparkle Telecom Italia, North America, with his office on 5th Ave. NY, NY


He was a very active member of the Bread of Heaven Ministry, Wurts Street, Kingston, he had been a member of Breathe Fitness in Stone Ridge, in high school and college he was on the wrestling teams, and he was a full scholarship athlete at Morgan State University. He enjoyed grilling, the arts and music

In addition to his wife he is survived by his children Clarence Lee Sommeerville, III, Kingston, Jasahn A. Sommerville, Baltimore, MD, Arthur Izel Sommerville, Stone Ridge, Raquel Zealayna Sommerville, Stone Ridge, Jiovanna "Princess" Sommerville, Stone Ridge and Glenn Viola of Bronx, granddaughter Audrey Ivy Sommerville, Kingston. and his loving Church Family. Son in law of Arthur and Myrtle May of Kerhonksen. He was the brother of the late Fredrick Sommerville.

Entrusted to the care of the Keyser Funeral Service, Inc., 326 Albany Avenue, Kingston.

The Homegoing Celebration will be held at the Bread of Heaven Ministry at St. Marks AME Church, 72 Wurts Street, Kingston on Thursday at where at 12:00 noon. Burial in Montrepose Cemetery. .
