Charlotte M. Ehlers, 84, of Hurley, died Monday, January 28, 2013 at her home.
Born in Brooklyn, she was the daughter of the late William & Josephine Mushlit Miller.
Charlotte was a member of the Ponckhockie Congregational Church. She was an avid bowler, reader and a former member of the Kingston Power Boat Association.
She is survived by three children, Calvin N. Ehlers, Jr. of Marbletown, Lynn Catona of Kingston and Barbara Bomersbach and her husband Martin of Kingston. Three grandchildren, Herbert Curtis, Jr, and his wife Chantelle, Philip Curtis and his wife Susan and Alex Catona. Three great grandchildren, Molly, Brendan and Collin Curtis. Many nieces and nephews also survive.
In addition to her parents, Charlotte was predeceased by her husband, Calvin N. Ehlers, Sr. who passed in 1987, a grandson, Nicholas Egan, a brother, William Miller, a sister, Ethel Wintjen and a daughter in law, Betty Ehlers.
Reposing at the Simpson-Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave, on Thursday, January 31, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
A Funeral Service will take place on Friday at 11:30 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
