Charles "Skip" W. Price, 76, of Kingston, entered into eternal existence on May 7, 2019 at Golden Hill Nursing & Rehabilitation Center surrounded by his loving family. He was born on October 12, 1942 in Cleveland, Ohio and was the son of the late Charles Price, Sr. and Linda Dean Lightfoot. Skip was the husband of the late Martha Ann Williams - Price.
Charles was formerly employed at Begnal Motors of Kingston, NY for 26 years as an auto detailer. He also worked with Begnal in Catskill, NY. He was sought out by many people due to his extensive ability to be able to make the inside look brand-new. Many who knew Skip will remember his love of dressing and luxurious cars.
He leaves to cherish his memory his four daughters, LaShawn Spencer and twin girls, Sandy and Cindy McNabb and Lisa Thomas. Two sons, Yon Spencer and Dennis Stubblefield. He is also survived by Lamont James who was like a brother to him. He also leaves to cherish his memory his grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
Charles is preceded in death by his loving wife Martha Ann Williams and brother Weldon Price and sister Ann Kavanaugh. He also lost his best friend of many years, his Doberman Pincher, "Molly" who could be seen riding shotgun through the town.
Arrangements entrusted to Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 326 Albany Avenue, Kingston, NY
The family will receive their friends at the funeral home on Friday, May 17, 2019 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The Going Home Service will start at 1:00 PM.
