Celestine M DeSanto

Celestine ''Sally'' M. DeSanto, 100, of Fairway Drive, Hurley, NY, formerly of Brooklyn, died Saturday, March 27, 2010 at home. She was born March 21, 1910 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Frank and Theresa Calabrese DeSanto.

Sally was a Secretary for LaRosa Macaroni Company in NYC, before retiring in 1965.

She enjoyed walking and the company of her family, especially her great nieces and nephews. She was a parishioner of St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church in Kingston.

Sally is survived by her sisters Grace Grego of Hurley and Frances Brandifino and her husband Frank of Kennelworth, NJ, a nephew William Grego and his wife Sharon.

Funeral arrangements entrusted to the care of the A. Carr & Son Funeral Home, 65 Lucas Ave, Kingston, where the procession will form on Wednesday at 9:15am and proceed to St. Joseph's RC Church where at 10:00 am a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated.

Friends may call on Tuesday from 7 - 9 pm at A. Carr and Son Funeral Home, 65 Lucas Avenue, Kingston, NY 12401

The family suggest in lieu of flowers memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society, 95 Schwenk Dr, Kingston, NY 12401
