Catherine T. Mitchell

Catherine T. (Timmons) Mitchell, 91, formerly of Lake Katrine and Georgetown, DE, died Sunday, October 12, 2008 at Masonic Care Community, Utica, NY. She was born December 17, 1916 in Dagsboro, to the late George and Mildred (Messick) Timmons.

She was married to Robert D. Mitchell, Sr. who died on August 1986. She was the founder of the family business Mitchell Sales in the Town of Ulster. She had been a member of the 1st Presbyterian Church, Georgetown, DE, she enjoyed painting, drawing and crafts.

Catherine is survived by her son Robert D. Mitchell, Jr. and his wife Ann of Lake Katrine, NY, daughter Dr. Lois Ann Bender, Grand Prairie, TX and Catherine Russelo and her husband William of Charlotte, NC, son John W. Mitchell, West Palm Beach, FL, 8 grandchild, 4 great grandchild. Predeceased by a son George Mitchell.

Entrusted to the care of the Keyser Funeral Service, Inc., 326 Albany Avenue, Kingston, where services will be held on Wednesday at 2:00 pm. Burial in Mt. Marion Cemetery. Friends may call on Wednesday from 1 - 2 pm
