Catherine Sisco

Catherine “Kay” Sisco, of Elmendorf Dr., Hurley died Wednesday, May 30, 2007. She was 82. She was born in Kingston, a daughter of the late George and Helen Madden Fitzsimmons. Kay married Ralph Sisco on November 21, 1948. For many years Mrs. Sisco was associated with O'Connor Kershaw Real Estate as a broker. She was a member of the Multiple Listing and Ulster County Board of Realtors. A parishioner of St. Joseph's Church, Mrs. Sisco belonged to the Hurley Seniors. Surviving are her husband of 58 years, Ralph Thomas Sisco, one son George Sisco and his wife Cindy of Saugerties, and Karen of Saugerties, one sister Helen Fitzsimmons Stall of Hurley, three granddaughters Melissa, Jennifer and Gina; two grandsons Jeffrey and George Jr. and his wife Sue; two great grandchildren Kailyn and Kendra, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Reposing at the Simpson - Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave. on Sunday from 3:00 – 7:00 PM. On Monday, a funeral procession will begin at 9:15 from the funeral home. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph’s Church at 10:00 AM. Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Kingston Lions Foundation, UPO Box 3433, Kingston, NY 12402 or St. Joseph’s Church Memorial Fund, 242 Wall St., Kingston, NY 12401.
