Catherine Every

Catherine Every, 79, of Kingston, NY, on Friday, July 7, 2023 at Golden Hill Nursing & Rehab Center in Kingston, NY. She was born on July 7, 1944 in Kingston, NY, daughter of the late James and Loreta (Miller) Murphy. Catherine was married to the late Gerald "Jerry" Every, Jr., Jerry passed away February 10, 2023.

She was a Kingston High School graduate, Class of 1962. She worked as a New York State Ombudsman and prior to that was a nurse at Golden Hill in Kingston. She was a member of the Reformed Church of Port Ewen and enjoyed working with and helping seniors in the community.

She is survived by her grandson, Andre Miller, her step children, Tracy (Jim) Guston, Steven Every and Lewis Every, her son, Michael (Jan) Miller of Port Ewen, and her grandson, Michael Miller, Jr. In addition to her husband and parents she is predeceased by her daughter, Susan Miller.

Arrangements entrusted to Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 326 Albany Avenue, Kingston, NY 12401, where family and friends may visit on Saturday, July 15, 2023 from 10am to 12pm with the funeral service starting at 12pm. Burial will follow in Wiltwyck Cemetery, Kingston.
